Returns

While Naosap Harvest makes every effort to ensure customer satisfaction, due to the nature of our product we cannot and do not allow the return of our products. As such, all sales are final.

We do not offer returns or refunds. Thank you for your understanding. Should you require any further information please do not hesitate to contact us.

Delivery

While we wish shipping costs were less, we are simply passing on our costs to you, the customer. Products are shipped via Canada Post unless other arrangements are agreed upon.

For shipping outside of Canada or the United States, contact us via email and we will be happy to tell you the shipping costs. The buyer is responsible for all costs, customs broker and levies associated with this transaction.

All prices quoted are in Canadian funds (CAD).

Payments

PayPal is the safer, easier way to pay online. The service allows anyone to pay in any way they prefer, including through credit cards, bank accounts, or account balances, without sharing financial information.
All of Naosap Harvest’s website payments are made through PayPal. That means you get to choose if you would like to use a credit card or get funds directly from your bank account and we never see your financial information.
Naosap Harvest does not have access to your payment information. No credit card numbers are ever kept on file as we do not see them. The only information we have access to is your shipping information which is only used for shipping purposes. Addresses and names will not be passed on to third parties.
