3 cups chopped broccoli
3/4 cup uncooked organic wild rice
1 cup sharp shredded cheese
1 small onion
1 can mushroom soup
Boil wild rice as above. Sauté chopped onion and broccoli. (I also add fresh mushrooms.) Add mushroom soup and cheese, mix until melted. When rice is cooked, drain and add to other ingredients already in the dutch oven. Mix all together. Put in a casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
